We had a wonderful experience with Nimble kids. We purchased the small triangle and ramp. They are beautifully made, sturdy and easy to store. Both the triangle and ramp are already being put good use by my little; pulling herself up on the triangle and learning to wriggle her legs on the slide to create the momentum to slide down. Dinah personally delivered our goodies as the courier didn't have enough room in their truck for pickup that day. I had my little one in my arms when I met her at the door... Dinah made comment about my little being the person who must be playing with the items she delivered with nothing but excitement and senserity in her voice. The pikler and ramp set is structurally sound, comes fully assembled and good to go...my nephew started climbing as soon as I unpacked it and is already obsessed! My only feedback is the colour painting is slightly uneven. Otherwise, I've been very impressed with the service by Nimble Kids. I ordered the set on Monday and it arrived to Melbourne on Thursday! Very happy to support an Australian business :)

The communication with nimble kids was quick and constant. No need to wait days for a response to any queries. The item was delivered within 10 days of purchasing. The ramp and large climbing frame were fully assembled and the small triangle needed to sides assembled - came with very clear and easy to understand insrtuctions. My 5 year old and 18 month old haven’t stopped climbing it! My son loves to also set the ramp up at a slope for his cars to race down!

I am so impressed with the overall build quality and finishes on the climbing frame. The colouring on the rungs is also really well finished so it doesn't alter the texture of the timber and the thoughtful design with the inbuild nuts on the fixing portion (to lock it open) is great so I know that regardless of how many times we pack it away it isn't going to thread to wear down. One Idea would be to consider a storage feature for the nuts, I have a feeling that when it's folded it's a risk of loosing them (a small magnet built in could make it possible to store it on the fridge for example).
