2. Self-managed:
Place your order securely on the website, make payment at checkout, and then submit your claim yourself to the National Disability Insurance Agency. As proof of purchase for NDIA, use the invoice you receive via email after placing your order.

If you prefer, we can provide a pro-forma invoice in advance.

The Oil we use is applied over a wooden surface, which is food safe by itself, which means the combination of the wood and the Oil is also food safe according to EC no 1935/2004. The declaration is the result of an independent test conducted by Eurofins.

+ Care Whilst in Use
Our advice is to let your children explore freely, while still being within a safe distance to assist them if necessary. Our climbing equipment should always be placed on a soft, yet sturdy surface to prevent accidents.
- A soft free fall zone of 1500mm is recommended for our Large Pikler Triangles, A soft free fall zone of 1000mm is recommended for our Small Pikler & Shape Sorter. Maintain a clear fall space.

+ Environment
All products should be kept dry and protected from the elements. They are intended for indoor use, however can be used outdoor with care.

+ General Cleaning
General cleaning should be performed on an as needed basis. Dry dusting or vacuuming is enough in most cases or if needed a clean, damp cloth will suffice.
