Place your order securely on the website, make payment at checkout, and then submit your claim yourself to the National Disability Insurance Agency. As proof of purchase for NDIA, use the invoice you receive via email after placing your order.

If you prefer, we can provide a pro-forma invoice in advance.

The Oil we use is applied over a wooden surface, which is food safe by itself, which means the combination of the wood and the Oil is also food safe according to EC no 1935/2004. The declaration is the result of an independent test conducted by Eurofins.

All mechanical fixings and components are made from high quality steel.

Our supplier is Forest Stewardship Council® (FSC-C113479) Chain of Custody certified for its range of imported timbers from Scientific Certification Systems - one of the world’s leading FSC® certifiers. All products should be kept dry and protected from the elements. They are intended for indoor use, however can be used outdoor with care.

General cleaning should be performed on an as needed basis. Dry dusting or vacuuming is enough in most cases or if needed a clean, damp cloth will suffice.
